Doesn't that just mean you write well?"
You have a frum target audience.
You want a copywriter who understands where they're coming from.
That's me: L.A. Bais Yaakover and also...

Okay, I write just fine for other audiences too. No problem with modern orthodox or unaffiliated.
This example actually happened
A fundraiser failure was prevented
In one brochure fundraiser, I felt that one aspect might potentially offend potential donors. I could imagine the question they may very well ask themselves and with that, decide then and there not to donate.
I discussed this with the client, who clarified things and I made sure this was adequately communicated in the brochure.
Result: The brochure was a great success!
"The reader will be asking himself..."
I pretend I'm the reader.
Before writing your email/brochure/ad, I ask myself the questions that the target audience will likely ask themselves, and consider the objections they may have.
Of course, I make sure these points are covered in the content.

Check out my chocolate coated and soft serve ice cream! The best part about them is: only one teaspoon of sugar each, so they're healthy, plus, they're gluten free! And it's got the best hechsher: Bedatz Yerushalayim! And it only costs- hey, why are you falling asleep? Am I that boring?

-
1 Teaspoon sugar a serving
-
Gluten free
-
Bedatz Yerushalayim!
Want an ice cream for $5?

Wow! I'll take a whole case, for my freezer!
Less — is more.
Because they'll actually read it
Did you notice? All titles on this website have 8 words, max. Subtitles: 16 max.
Because I want you to read it.
When writing copy, I keep titles short, and ensure paragraphs don't get too long either.
I'll bold important info for skimmers...
...so as not to send them running to X in the top corner...

The process:

1. Phone interview
I'll ask a bunch of questions to learn what's unique about your organization, why your target audience should choose you, and how it will make their lives better.

2. Customer/market survey
Customer interviews: For valuable customer feedback.
Market survey: To check if there is demand/interest in the target audience for what you offer

3. Writing content
As I create content, I will always have more questions, so check your email.
The more questions — the more effective and clear the content.

4. Inspecting the final product
After the final, designed product is 100% ready to go, I offer doing a final check to ensure no letter, word or line has been accidentally lost along the way.
Writing adapted to the target audience
I write in the 'language' of the target audience. Be it "Israel" or "Eretz
Yisroel", Shabbat or Shabbos, I try to make the reader feel as comfortable as possible.
I know many audiences firsthand
Growing up Ashkenazic, learning in a modern orthodox school and then in Bais Yaakov, and marrying a Sephardic kollel learner, I'm familiar with it all.
Proofreading it all one more time
I always proofread at the end to check that everything flows, is clear and is interesting. And after the final designed product is ready to go, I offer to do a final typo check.
